Internally, you'll be known as People Service Centre Officer.
We're bigger than you think, we're more complicated than we appear and we're larger scale than you'd imagine. We've got dedicated people in all our teams, and we've got so much more we want to achieve. We're for ever, for everyone and we really mean that. We don't want to stop at 5.5 million members and we want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy access to our places, so we need to reach new audiences in ways that are meaningful and relevant to them without losing the hearts and minds of those that are already with us.

You'll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This'll be discussed in more detail at interview.
You'll work in our fast-paced People Service Centre as a pivotal link that connects all areas of the employee lifecycle. Using various bespoke systems, you'll be responsible for processing a wide range of both complex and high-volume HR processes and staff benefits. As the first contact for the People Services HR mailboxes, you'll also provide a professional, customer focussed email support service with the aim of maximising manager and employee capability and deliver a first-class customer experience. The People Service Centre adopts a “one team” approach and so you’ll have the opportunity to work on other people-related activities when needed.
