We are looking for a Building Services Manager to join our team. The role is full time, 36 hours per week, and permanent position.

You will actively champion Building Services and lead on the maintenance and management of Mechanical and Electrical systems across London. The sites within the

portfolio vary considerably in complexity and scale.

You will have a wide knowledge of M&E services in a conservation setting, a passion for working with others and enjoy being part of a busy, supportive team that provides great service to the buildings in their care. As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building rapport with Senior Managers, Cluster Managers and all Estates and site staff teams. You will have experience of working with both internal stakeholders and managing contractors, procuring, administering and supervising M&E measured term contracts. You will be confident in preparing works instructions and managing and auditing the quality of work on site.

You will hold a minimum HNC/HND level qualification in mechanical and /or electrical engineering and /or minimum HND or NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a Building/construction related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
