Job Description

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, you'll play a core part in delivering fantastic customer service. You'll provide a warm welcome and give information about Sunnycroft and visits to Father Christmas to make sure each visitor has an enjoyable and memorable visit. 

Salary: £12.25 per hour
Contract/duration: Fixed term contract until 24-Dec-2025
Hours/working pattern/hours: This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can’t guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but does not require evening or split shifts.   For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be based at the front gates, welcoming visitors on their Christmas visit and coordinating visit times to make sure the operation runs smoothly. 

The Sunnycroft team are very enthusiastic about welcoming everyone and the excellent service our team provides plays a huge part in us fulfilling this goal.

From open to close, Sunnycroft will be open for visitors throughout December and you'll play an important role in greeting and helping our visitors. 

No two days will be the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help ensure they have a fantastic experience visiting Sunnycroft.  

You’ll be welcoming people to the site, coordinating bookings, and ensuring that it all runs smoothly with the support of a dedicated Duty Manager. This role would suit anyone with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.
