Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator
The contract is part time and permanent, and the hourly rate is £12.75. There are 780.00 hours available over the course of a year. The employer, National Trust, is a charity. You will be based at Calke Abbey, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Derbyshire.

As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
One of the East Midlands’ top 10 visitor attractions, ghostly Calke Abbey is a high performing property. The unique visitor experience gives a vivid portrayal of a decaying country house, with the property’s interiors preserved but not restored. The team are passionate and committed to the property and maintain exceptional standards of conservation. The newly refurbished restaurant serves local and seasonal produce, including organically reared meat from the estate.

You’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
