We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team. The role is full time and Permanent contract, working 36 hours per week.

This role is an exciting opportunity to become the Head Chef here at Audley End House.

A sound understanding of foo safety and H&S regulations are important as is the ablility to implement the English Heritage Food & Beverage strategy for in-house catering, maximising profit, controlling waste and contributing to the overall catering activities to achieve the annual F&B budget and KPIs ensuring the highest level of catering standards are achieved and maintained.

Delivering a food experience of the highest quality and consistency is the key to achieving the future ambitions of Audley.

As our Head Chef, you will be preparing scones, brunch, any daily specials, homemade soup, toasties, baguettes, salads and any seasonal dishes.

You will contribute to an inspirational visit to Audley End House through exceptional Food and Beverage offer, Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, ensuring that EH Food and Beverage standards are achieved and maintained, and that all legal requirements are met.

To be considered as a chef, you'll need:

Level 3 of higher food safety certificate

Allergen Training

HACCP training

Preferably NVQ or equivalent
