Facilities Co-ordinator
The contract is part time and permanent, and the hourly rate is £13.25. Your working time will be 10.00 hours each week. The employer, National Trust, is a charity. You will be based at Hardcastle Crags, which is mostly open to the air, so while the role may based inside you may have to go outside in the course of your duties. It is located in West Yorkshire.

We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Hardcastle Cragge in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.
Salary: £13.25 per hour.Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 10 hours per week, This role is across two sites as above, with flexibility around days and ways of working, to fit alongside our other Facilities Co-ordinators in the area.

Working alongside the Facilities teams at both properties, the role requires good organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate and supervise contractors, oversee small works, manage compliance needs, monitor our renewable energy and other assets, and carry out repairs and other ad hoc duties as required.As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Hardcastle Craggs operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
