Senior Communications & Marketing Officer
The contract is part time and permanent, and the hourly rate is £15.06. Your working time will be 30.00 hours each week. The employer, National Trust, is a charity. You will be based at Dunham Massey Hall, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Greater Manchester.

We’re looking for a Senior Communications and Marketing Officer to plan and lead our communications and marketing for Dunham Massey in Greater Manchester.
This role is offering 30hrs per a week and teh pro rata salary is £23,493.60.
Dunham Massey is a 3,000-acre estate situated approximately 10 miles south of central Manchester and three miles south of Altrincham. Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford, gave it to the National Trust in 1976 and today it attracts over 500,000 visitors a year. This elegant Georgian mansion, set within a magnificent 300 acre deer park and including one of Britain’s finest winter gardens, is a very popular visitor attraction with over 100 staff. The busy team has a strong commercial focus and a fast-paced environment. Within the park walls there is also a shop, café, restaurant and ice cream parlour. On the wider estate, there are 20 farms, 100 cottages, a golf course and an award winning housing development. The house, garden and parkland hide many layers of history and have many stories to tell.
Click here for more information about this locationYou’ll work alongside other senior colleagues to develop messages and themes, and share them through various communications channels. You'll be looking for fresh creative ideas for how to bring to life the stories of National Trust places in your area, and how to talk to visitors about the work we do to protect nature, beauty and history here. This is a varied and dynamic role, so you'll be working at pace and with many diverse people and sites. No two days will be the same. You’ll be promoting events and the distinctive themes of some very different places, as well as joining our duty management rota. The role involves working with partners like Sony music on Christmas at Dunham Massey.
There will also be regular weekend working
