We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be working 36 hours per week.

As a food &Beverage Manager at Pendennis Castle you will lead the team to deliver excellent service standards and drive sales performance whilst adhering to our strict food safety compliance, and complying with Health & Safety legislation.

As part of your role you will be contributing to budget setting and monitoring and achieving income and expenditure targets, whilst ensuring the Visitor Experience is at the heart of the operation.

To be considered as a Food & Beverage Manager you'll need:

Excellent people managing skills

Ability to strictly follow all compliance / legislation required internally and externally( Allergens, food safety, COSHH, HACCP etc)

Follow financial procedures

Understand and champion core values of Visitor Experience

Be a planner and have the ability to oversee operations
